Over the Top, Command Decision Rules for WW2 by Greg Novak Over the Top is a prima guerra mondiale variant of the operational level Command Decision wargame rules originally designed per la seconda guerra mondiale. The vehicle rules include bicycles, motociclette, horse-drawn transport, cars, trucks, tractors, autoblindi, tanks, armoured locomotives, e ground-attack aircraft.
