The organization shown below is based on the Einheitsgruppe standard sezzione di fanteria, the basic tactical formation of the fanteria. The Einheitsgruppe consisted of a Gruppenführer section leader, e 12-14 men in due groups, a rifle group ed un gruppo di mitragliatrice leggera. Field kitchens were grouped at the battalion level, but detached companies took theirs con them. The company Sgt. normally remained con the field kitchens. Supply e baggage wagons were grouped at battaglione, o the next level above it.

The armi ed Anti-Gas NCO was in command of the horse drawn trasporti armi attached to the plotoni in his compagnia. After the mitragliatrici leggeri ed ammunition had been unloaded, these wagons joined the supply e baggage wagons at battalion. Supply was coordinated there. If a company fought on its own, it brought dei trasporti armi along.
