Reggimento Dragoni Sassonia-Gotha

Esercito Austriaco della Guerra dei Sette Anni, 1756–1763

By Convention of 29 gennaio 1718, Markgraf Friedrich Wilhelm von Brandenburg-Anspach raised a dragoni reggimento in Bavaria for six years of servizio imperiale. The reggimento was given to Feldmarschall-Leutnant Friedrich Herzog von Württemberg. Upon termination of the contract, the reggimento was taken into servizio imperiale. During the Guerra dei Sette Anni il reggimento fought at the Battles of Kolin, Moys, Breslau, Leuthen, Landeshut, e Liegnitz.

• red saddlecloth con yellow border, e black e white rhombical design
• black pistol holsters, con red holster covers e border design as above
• round red mantlesack con border design as above
• black leather testiera
