Cavalleggeri Bavaresi delle Guerre Napoleoniche, 1805–1815

Recensione dei Figurini Hinton Hunt in Scala 1:72

5. Reggimento Cavalleggeri Bavarese di Leiningen, 1812, 1:72 Soldatini Hinton Hunt Miniatures

A bugler of the 5. Reggimento Cavalleggeri Bavarese di Leiningen charging towards the enemy. Buglers had a red plume on the Raupenhelm, officers e men wore white plumes. These soldatini are mounted on a 76 x 76 mm Volley & Bayonet brigade stand, representing a cavalleria brigade of 1,000 to 1,500 men. There are quattro identical one-piece cavalleria castings in each box of Hinton Hunt soldatini offered by David A. Clayton of Kennesaw, Georgia, o twelve castings in a battalion bag. The soldatini may be painted as troopers e buglers, although a bugle will have to be scratch-built. Ufficiali e senior NCOs were distinguished by noticeably larger caterpillar crests on their elmi.

Valutazione

Excellent choice of subject, i cavalleggeri bavaresi fought at Eckmühl, Aspern-Essling, Borodino, e Hanau, e they will be popular con giocatori wargame interested in raising un’armata bavarese.

Suitable wargame pose. The charging cavalleggero is in a typical attacking pose which can be used to fill the ranks of a wargame unit. Modellers may want to enlarge the crest of the Raupenhelm to create an officer figure. A portabandiera is not needed, because i reggimenti cavalleggeri bavaresi carried no flags on campaign.

One-piece cavalleria castings require no assembly, they are more robust, ed easier to paint than separte horse e rider models. However, they are more difficult to convert, because the rider cannot simply be mounted on a different horse.

Compatible con 1:72 scale Revell, HäT Industrie, Italeri, e Zvezda miniatures.

Some flash needs to be removed prima di dipingere.

The horse’s gait looks a little stiff ed unnatural. I cavalieri svedesi della guerra dei trent’anni di Revell established the industry standard for horse poses, which has not been surpassed by other manufacturers.

Utilizzo Storico

  • Cavalleggeri Bavaresi, 1805–1815
  • Dragoni Leggeri di Baden, 1803–1815

Possible Conversion

  • Dragoni bavaresi, 1805–1811
Cavalleggero bavarese, 1:72 Soldatino Hinton Hunt

Cavalleggeri Bavaresi di Hinton Hunt are a must-have for giocatori wargame e dioramisti interested in the guerre napoleoniche. The soldatini may be painted as cavalleggeri o dragoni bavaresi, although a portabandiera would be needed for the latter. If Volley & Bayonet rules are used, 10 soldatini cavalleggeri will be enough to raise the 1. e 2. brigate cavalleria del VI Corpo bavarese della Grande Armée.
