A platoon of German Reserve Infanterie della prima guerra mondiale based for Crossfire Rules. The soldatini are sculpted con camouflage covers over their elmi prussiani Pickelhaube. A red regimental number may be painted on the Pickelhaube cover, green after 1914. A simple conversion would be to remove the spike of the Pickelhaube as was common practise among frontline troops. The Airfix soldatini are actually Reserve Infanterie, Landwehr o Landsturm milizia wearing the obsolete 1889-pattern cartride pouches ed a modified M.1910 uniform without cuffs. Fanteria di linea tedesca wore the M.1910 uniform con cuffs Brandenburg, svedese o Saxon, e the 1909-pattern cartridge pouches.

Valutazione

• Good choice of subject, these early war German soldatini may be converted to represent fanteria della guerra franco-prussiana.
• Useful historic poses.
• Heads con the Pickelhaube may be used to convert EMHAR e Revell Fanteria Tedesca soldatini for the 1914-1916 period of the war.
• The crawling rifleman may be converted to a soldatino caduto.
• Most of the soldatini are portrayed in combat order, without packs.
• Compatibile con EMHAR, e Revell.

• The men are actually wearing a modified version of the M.1910 field-grey uniform without cuffs, issued to fanteria Reserve, Landwehr e Landsturm miliziani, ed obsolete M.1889-pattern catridge pouches.
• The marching rifleman does not have the typical blanket-roll around his knapsack, e his mess kit is missing.
• Noticeable flash e le linee di stampo devono essere tolto prima di dipingere.

The Airfix German Reserve Fanteria, Landwehr o Landsturm wearing the early war elmo Pickelhaube ed obsolete ammunition pouches are unique in this scale. The soldatini are nicely designed e they capture the flavour of the period.
