Cannone Anticarro Sovietico da 45 mm L.46 PTP M.1937
Recensione del Cannone adm in Scala 1:72
The picture shows the soft plastic sprue of the cannone anticarro da 45 mm PTP M.1937 ed its crew prior to assembly. The kit is designed for dioramisti who need the empty shell casings ed scatole di munizione to create a realistic scene of a gun in action. Giocatori di wargame, too, will be happy to have the additional oggetti di equipaggiamento which can be used as stowage on attendant veicoli o to add visual appeal to a cannone anticarro stand. Due 45 mm gun stands are needed to raise a light cannone anticarro platoon attached to the battaglione fucilieri o fucilieri motorizzato sovietico. The anti-tank cannonieri are cast without bases, e they can be difficult to attach permanently to a basetta di wargame which will be handled frequently during simulation games.
Contenuto
- Cannone Anticarro Sovietico da 45 mm L.46 PTP M.1937
- 4 Cannonieri in 4 pose – 23 mm pari a 166 cm di altezza
- 4 scatole di munizione
- 10 Shell Casings
Valutazione
- Good choice of subject, anti-tank cannonieri sovietici are difficult to find in this scale. The cannone anticarro da 45 mm, too, is a rare find, it was previously available only as a more expensive metal model.
- The gun has only 6 parts ed is relatively easy to assemble.
- The soldatini look like conversions of existing soft soldatini plastici from various manufacturers, e they may serve as an inspiration to giocatori wargame e dioramisti interested in creating their own gun crews from soldatini di fanteria regolare.
- I cannonieri may be used to crew cannoni anticarro sovietici from other manufacturers which are sold without soldatini.
- Compatibile con AER, ESCI, Hasegawa, Revell, Cooperativa, e SKIF.
- Assembly instructions are not included, e the gun can be put together without them. However, a simple drawing would have been nice to indicate the angle of the gun shield e the alignment of the gun sight.
- The soft plastic parts cannot be glued securely, although superglue should hold the gun together well enough for diorama purposes. Giocatori Wargame will want to solder the parts together permanently to prevent the gun from falling apart during a game. This editor used the Rai-Ro ZEP-70 pulse regulated soldering iron to clean the soldatini e fuse the gun parts together.
- The gun wheels are not of the wire spoked type, they look like solid steel wheels. Serious modellers will want to replace the wheels con more suitable oggetti taken from another kit.
- The soldatini are cast without bases, making them rather difficult to attach to a basetta di wargame. Diorama builders may consider this an advantage if the soldatini are to be glued into an existing landscape model.
- Noticeable flash needs to be removed from the soldatini ed scatole di munizione prima di dipingere. The gun parts were relatively clean.
- Le scatole di munizione are slightly distorted due to shrinkage, but they should look good enough when painted. Serious modellers may want to create their own scatole di munizione from plastic card.
Utilizzo Storico
- Soviet Light Anti-Tank Platoon, 1937-1945
Conversione
- Cannone Anticarro Sovietico da 45 mm PTP M.32, 1933-1945
The 45 mm PTP M.37 e crew are unique in this scale. Giocatori Wargame will want a platoon of due 45 mm guns to give their battaglioni fucilieri additional anti-tank capability, even if these obsolete armi are only really effective against carri armati leggeri, autoblindi, e semicingolati corazzati.
